This is a very positive environment. Fast growth makes it very challenging
at times, but everyone is
working toward the same goal, so there is a lot of teamwork. Even though the expectation is that
you do whatever it takes to get the job done, everyone supports each other. I like feeling
that every day, I contribute to making improvements. We are encouraged to help or think of
ideas in all areas of the business. Opportunities abound, both domestic and international, with
no boundaries between job categories.

First item(s) I’d add to my own private jet:
I’d have a big, luxurious massage seat.
I joined B/E Aerospace because I wanted a career in a growing industry.
And in the two years I’ve been
here, I must say, there’s never been a dull moment. It’s one great challenge after
another. I came from
the slumping auto industry, and it’s a tremendous difference working for a company
that’s an industry
leader who’s continuously evolving. It creates a positive group of employees that
are extremely proud of
what they do each day. And why not? You get to leave your fingerprint at every stage of
product development. I was on the team that shipped the premier Super 1st class product.
From concept to design
to production, I not only had a voice in the project, I had a hand in making sure this
product was best in class. The pride I felt when it left our facility was sensational.
A career at B/E is a rare opportunity that doesn’t come by very
often. I have the chance to use my experiences from other jobs, as well as leave my own mark
on the work I do each day. More importantly,
the positive atmosphere throughout the company encourages me to learn, grow and advance.
It’s nice having no barriers when it comes to achieving my goals.
